AI Sva (the "Service") provides Facebook Page automation such as comment replies, inbox flows, and page utilities. This Privacy Policy describes what data we process, how we use it, and your choices.
Data We Process
- Facebook account and Page information you authorize (e.g., app‑scoped user ID, Page IDs, Page names, and Page access tokens).
- Page content and events necessary to operate features you enable (e.g., post/comment IDs, message IDs, PSIDs, webhook payloads).
- Configuration you create in the app (e.g., auto‑reply campaigns, prompts, templates).
- Voice-reference recordings, exact reference transcripts, and AI-generated cloned voice files when you enable AI Voice.
- Basic usage and diagnostic logs to ensure reliability and prevent abuse.
How We Use Data
- To operate the features you request (e.g., reply to comments or messages on your connected Pages).
- To maintain security and prevent misuse (e.g., detect repeated trial abuse by Page ID).
- To provide support and improve the Service.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service (e.g., Meta/Facebook APIs and our hosted voice-generation provider), and only as required for the specific feature in use. Voice references are used to create audio for the account that supplied them and are not made available to other AI Sva users.
Retention
- Shipping bill images, extracted OCR text, and bill matching records used by AI Send Bills are automatically deleted after 3 days.
- Voice references and generated voice files are retained while the voice profile is active. Re-recording or deleting the profile removes those files from active storage; backup copies expire through normal backup rotation.
- Operational data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security and compliance.
- Backups are cycled on a schedule. When you delete data, it will be removed from active systems and then from backups by natural rotation.
- For anti‑abuse and compliance, we may retain Page ID(s) only (no user identifiers) when an account requests deletion.
Your Choices
- You can remove our App from your Facebook settings at any time. Meta will send us a data deletion request.
- You can permanently delete your AI Sva account and associated data from the Profile screen in the mobile app. You can also request deletion by contacting us.

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the Service responsibly and keep tokens private.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by them.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here with the new effective date.
