You must be at least 13 years old and authorized to manage any Facebook Page you connect.

2. Facebook Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies when using the Service. You must only use features you are permitted to use for the Pages you manage.

3. Your Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any tokens issued to you or your Pages.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security incident.

4. Acceptable Use

• No spam or unsolicited messages. Configure automation responsibly.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• No attempts to misuse or circumvent Facebook or the Service.

5. Plans, Billing, and Trials

• Trials are for first‑time eligible customers. We may block new trials for Page IDs previously associated with deleted accounts to prevent abuse.
• Paid features, if offered, are billed according to the selected plan.
• We may change prices or plans with reasonable notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.

7. Termination

• You may disconnect the App or delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Platform policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Platform changes or API limits may affect features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
